How To Place Your Order
To begin – download our product catalog and price sheet, below. You’ll notice we have a wide variety of products and SKUs to choose from. We designed our digital catalog with links in the table-of-contents to make it easy to navigate to any section of the catalog to review products.
Choose from three convenient options to place an order with Lori Portka
(Choose the best option to fit your workflow and business style.)
1.) Email or Phone Call to Place Your Order– to Jay (jay@loriportka.com | 315-382-5984)
- If by email – please provide the following information: product name, SKU, and quantity for each item ordered.
- If by phone – leave a message with your name, store name, and phone number. We'll call back within 24-hrs to take the order.
2.) PDF Order Form Template – order form template to print and handwrite your order
- Download the “Order Form” PDF template file below and print it out.
- Provide your store information and fill in the information for each product ordered.
- Take a photo of the order form and attach your file to the web “Submit Your Order” form at the bottom of this page. DONE!
3.) Excel Spreadsheet Template– if you have access to Excel and are comfortable using it, this option will be the most convenient.
- Download the Excel Order Form (below) and fill in your store information on the first sheet labeled “Store-Order Info”.
- Fill in the units ordered on the “Gifts Order” sheet and/or “Greeting Card Order” sheet in the file.
- Attach the spreadsheet to the “Submit Your Order” form at the bottom of this web page. DONE!
Please Note: protected formulas will auto-calculate the cost of products ordered, along with a sub-total by category, and a grand total for the entire order (bottom of sheet-3 in the file).
DOWNLOAD EXCEL ORDER FORMOrders will be filled and shipped within 3-5 business days of confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the form. A hard-copy invoice including shipping costs will be provided with your order and an electronic invoice will follow, via email.
